It’s day 1 of open enrollment and was just ready to throw in the towel!!! Until…I'm not even going to sit here and lie to any of y'all...it's November 1st,... read more I'm sitting here eager to get some medical coverage!!!Full disclosure...there was a major clerical error done at my current employer where I was only enrolled in dental and vision insurance...the only way for me to get properly enrolled with medical insurance...was to quit and go back!!! There was absolutely no way I was going to go through the hiring process all over again!!!I had already started looking into the marketplace for a little over three weeks...after staying up long hours going down the rabbit holes of potential medical insurance providers...I stumbled upon several companies...Buchanans being one of them...I had just finished speaking to three other companies back to back...when I tell you I was over it with talking to people who were pretty much stone cold robots who couldn't shoot me straight answers...I didn't even care that I didn't even have health insurance anymore. I was extremely skeptical…I had already given up hope...but something told me to just make that last call!!!I MADE THE CALL…I didn't even let the young lady whom I now know is Vanessa, introduce herself on the phone!!! I just jumped straight into the conversation...I truly didn't want to waste my time all over again…or whomever's time I was going to be dealing with.
